Dear Katharina,

My throat has felt like it’s on fire the past few days! At first I thought it was a cold, but I suspect I may have allergies. I’m in my late 30s and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. Apparently the pine pollen in my area is extremely bad this year. Do you have any recommendations on a tool that might ease my symptoms? I hate taking medication for anything during the day as it makes me extremely sleepy.

Thank you,

Kate S., Estes Park, CO

Dear Kate,

I’m so sorry to hear you are having allergy troubles! You are not alone. I think statistics show that about 1 in 4 people are afflicted with allergies around this time of year. Please understand that I am not a medical professional and cannot give medical advice. The tools are not medical devices even when they have been supporting people in improving their health. However, when I read your note I immediately thought of the Nose Mask. You can wear this tool in the comfort of your home (I understand it would look a bit silly to wear it in public, even though some people do) in the evenings. I often wear mine when reading a book or watching a movie when I have a cold. This tool has been reported to have remarkable results in helping with any type of respiratory problems or sinus trouble, whether it’s hay fever, pollen allergies, asthma or the common cold.

I would like to suggest you to try this and see if it works for you! But please visit your local doctor as well. When allergies are gone you can use the Nose Mask as massage tool. Some massage therapist love to use it and I like it to. It really feels great. Try and let me know what you think.

Wishing you to feel better soon!

Dear Katharina,

I’m absolutely stumped on what to get my son for graduation. He often thinks many of my holistic practices are woo-woo and can be extremely skeptical at times. However, I do want to give him a Light-Life Tool. He may not appreciate it now, but I know this is a gift he’ll have for the rest of his life. Do you have any recommendations? Should I stick to something simple like a gift card? I’m stumped!

Thank you,

Kristina P., Des Moines, IA

Dear Kristina,

Thank you for your note. It made me laugh. We sometimes have skeptics pop up on our Instagram feed and we pay them no mind, that is unless we feel they have been sent our way with a higher purpose for healing and growth. I know the tools work, as you do so why waste our time trying to drill our beliefs into non-believers? I’m into attraction rather than convincing. That being said, I applaud you wanting to give the gift of light to your son. As he’s a recent graduate, I would suggest the Pyramid Pendant. I gave the mini version to my nephew and he really likes it a lot and wears it daily. We did some testing with it at our office. We checked the energy field of the person first without it, then after we sent her negative energies, then after we sent her positive energy and did the same test with the person wearing the Mini Pyramid Pendant. To our surprise the energy of the person would even get stronger when we sent her negative energy.  It may also help balance out ego and may let the wearer go into any meeting or negotiation with a clear mind and an open heart. Another idea might be to give him the Unity Harmonizer – also available in the mini size, which he may prefer. It’s my favorite choice for the non-believer. Once placed around your neck, it seems not only to bring you into alignment with all those around you, but also brings those around you into alignment and perhaps opens you up a bit more to the great unknown.

Please let me know what you choose! I’m wishing for your son a lifetime of success and happiness. Perhaps one day he’ll greet our tools with open arms once he starts seeing the results for himself.

Warm regards,

Katharina
