Signs of Geopathic Stress and the Hartmann Grid

Did you know there are many signs of geopathic stress and the Hartmann Grid to watch out for? In a previous blog post, I talked about what geopathic stress is along with what the Hartmann Grid is.

Today, I am going to ask questions that can point out different signs of geopathic stress and the Hartmann Grid. If you answer yes to any of them, I highly recommend you check out Slim Spurling’s method of dowsing to locate and block those lines. His method is very effective and applied world-wide.

Let’s start with visual signs in and around your home:

  • Are there trees and other plants growing crooked around your home?
  • Are there cracks in the driveway or in the walls inside your home?
  • Do you see ant hills on your lawn and/or a bee’s nest in the siding of your house?
  • Do you have areas in your garden where nothing wants to grow?
  • Is there a cell phone tower in your area?

Here are some signs of geopathic stress and Hartmann Grid in your personal and professional life:

  • Do you have health symptoms that no one can find the source of, that disappear when you are traveling?
  • Did you have construction going on in your area? Have you since then developed health issues and/or stress in your relationships?
  • Has sleep quality gone down since moving into your new home? Have your child’s grades gone down after moving into a new classroom or school?

Dance to Let Your Inner Child Play

Tip of the month: Dance to let your inner child play! Dancing is a great way for you to live in the moment. It’s an excellent stress releaser from everything life throws at you. It can be a powerful way to reduce intense emotions and enhance our happiness. When we’re moving our bodies, we become more in touch with ourselves. Our soul becomes centered by fusing both body and mind. Dancing forces us to be present in the now and not think about what was happening and what may happen next.

Dancing offers a creative outlet for you to express your emotions in a safe place. Close your blinds, close your door, and turn up the music. You don’t need a routine; you don’t need to be coordinated. Just feel the music and move your body. Let your inner self shine. Let your spirit fly free. Express your anger, frustration, sadness, and of course, express your happiness through the beat of your movement.  

The most important thing to remember… Dance like no one’s watching. Unless you’re a professional dancer, there’s no competition to win and no one to impress. You’re dancing to find release. You’re dancing as an expression of your soul. Focus on how it feels. Swing your hips, shuffle your feet, wave your arms around. And lastly, dance to let your inner child play.

Tip of the Month: Living in Sync with the Lunar Cycles

Are you living in sync with the lunar cycles? People understand astrology in terms of the sun. But what about the moon? The changing face of the moon affects you on a regular tangible basis. There are eight lunar phases the moon goes through as it completes a full orbit around the earth every 29.5 days. Along the moon’s journey, our personalities, our emotions, and our lives are affected by each lunar phase.

Just as the moon controls the tides of the ocean, the moon’s energy can tug on our daily lives. Living in sync with the lunar cycles can make your life easier and more productive. It can also contribute to a healthier lifestyle. I’d like to tell you a story:

My granddad was an herbalist, and he saved many people’s lives by making them teas for their health issues. He was also very familiar with the lunar cycle and knew exactly at which phase of the moon to harvest different parts of a plant to prepare the right tea for his clients.

I had forgotten about granddad’s knowledge and hadn’t paid much attention to the moon, until friends gave me a book to read about the lunar cycles. I tested several of the suggestions in the book and it sure made my life easier. Let me share some with you some tips that I feel can be beneficial.

Personal Care

• Right before a full moon, take time for facials that are nourishing to your skin
• After a full moon, find a few moments to exfoliate and help diminish acne
• There are certain days of the month for haircuts to give more volume or faster growth

Household

• Cleaning windows after a full moon can be done in ¼ of the time with no streaks; e.g. I only use water and newspaper to dry it off
• Laundry done after a full moon seems to need less detergent and stain removing is more effective
• You can also find best days for canning

Garden

• There are different days to grow and harvest leafy vegetables and salads versus root vegetables
• Transplanting and re-potting done before full moon is very favorable
• Additionally, weeding after full moon helps keep the weeds away longer

I gave you just a quick overview as there are many more applications that assist with self-care rituals, cleansing of the body and mind, strengthening the aura and chakras, completing construction work, having medical procedures, and much more. Did you know there are harmful earth energies that negatively affect you through your health, your finances, relationships and more? These harmful energy zones are called geopathic stress lines and the Hartmann Grid, to name the most important ones. Slim Spurling found a very inexpensive yet most effective way to locate these lines using dowsing rods. But most importantly, he also found a way to block them.

Dowsing and blocking these harmful earth energies can bring improvements in all areas of your life. Even where you had stress and or health issues without any apparent reason. Where I come from in Bavaria, Germany, dowsing for geopathic stress and water veins is well known. However, dowsers that are not familiar with the Slim Spurling Method will tell you that you have to move your furniture to find relief. Therefore, I was super excited when I learned about Slim’s method of blocking these lines. It saved people from changing the interior of their homes.

My good friend Scott Anderson, who was trained by Slim, will be conducting a dowsing workshop in the Philadelphia area on July 2nd, 2022. Scott has been teaching Slim’s dowsing workshops with me since April 2008. He is a great teacher, and we will learn a lot while having fun in the process. Just know, you don’t want to practice dowsing on the days on and around full moon. These are very inauspicious days for dowsing for geopathic stress lines. Why? Because the full moon expands everything, and that includes geopathic stress lines and the Hartmann Grid. That means lines can overlap and it can get very frustrating to find the lines and block them.

Tip of the Month: How to Save on Gas

How to save on gas is on everyone’s mind these days. The price of gas is rapidly increasing right now. Being consciences about how we drive can help you save money. These small little acts can also have an impact on Mother Earth. Here are a few tips we compiled to help you save on gas.

Drive less and drive wisely:

Run errands together starting at the place farthest from home. Also, accelerate slowly and drop your speed. Speed limits are there for a reason. Coast before braking when you see a stop sign or red light ahead.

Stop idling for long periods of time:

Waiting in the carpool line to pick up your kids? Turn off the engine. Stuck at a railroad crossing waiting for the longest train to pass? Turn off the engine. More so, warming up your car on a cold morning? Turn off the engine. The fastest way to warm up an engine is by driving.

Pay attention to the dashboard lights:

Get your car serviced regularly. As oil breaks down, it causes your engine to work harder, which mean more gas burning per mile. Therefore, regular oil changes can help you drive farther on one tank of gas. Additionally, keep your tires properly inflated. Under-inflated tires may cause your car to use more fuel.

How can I reactivate my Energy Harmonizer?

Occasionally, I meet people who bought a Harmonizer a long time ago from Slim and ask me, “How can I reactivate my energy Harmonizer?” I always recommend reading our book: In the Mind of a Master. It was written to serve as a guide and reference manual for all our Tools. However, here are the steps to take:

Reactivate the Harmonizer

When you want to activate or reactivate the Energy Harmonizer, it is important to remember to use your intentions. Make sure to have the Harmonizer outside of the included Light-Life Tensor Ring whenever you want to broadcast your intentions. Using the Environmental Clearing CD, or the MP3 file, will increase the light-field of the Harmonizer. The Tensor Ring will reduce the area of influence of the Harmonizer to the size of the Ring. The Harmonizer should be placed inside the Tensor Ring to recharge it occasionally. When Slim first created the Harmonizer, this was not necessary. However, the environment has changed quite a bit in the last 30 years. We have more electrification and wireless technology, and more pollution than ever.

Functional Art Form

Slim created all the Light-Life Tools as functional art form. Because this is what they truly are. They are all beautiful pieces of art forms with beneficial functions for different areas. Tip of the Month: Breathing Exercises

Tip of the month is breathing exercises. Your body needs oxygen to live. As humans, we get oxygen by breathing through our mouths and nose. We can also use our breath to help with all kinds of physical and emotional issues. Breathing exercises can help put your body in a relaxed state. When your body is relaxed, your brain becomes more relaxed. This may help reduce stress or anxiety, increase energy, lower blood pressure, improve lung function, aid digestion, and so much more.

Pursed lip breathing

This is an intentional breathing technique that forces you to slow down. It can also be useful during certain activities like lifting or stair climbing.

• Firstly, find a comfortable seat and relax your neck and shoulders
• Keeping your mouth closed, inhale slowly through your nose for 2-3 counts
• Then, pucker your lips as if you were giving a kiss
• Lastly, exhale slowly, keeping your breath slow and steady, for 4 counts

Lion’s Breath

This technique is an energizing breathing practice that can help relax muscles in your chest and face, relieves stress, and improves cardiovascular function.

• To begin, sit in a comfortable position and press your palms against your knees
• Then, inhale deeply through your nose
• Open your mouth wide and stick our your tongue down towards your chin
• At the end, exhale through your mouth making a long ‘ha’ sound
• Do this breath 2 to 3 times

Humming Bee Breath

This technique helps create instant calmness. It can be used to relieve frustration, anxiety, or anger.

• To start, sit in a comfortable chair or on the floor
• Close your eyes and relax your face
• Place your first fingers on the tragus cartilage that partially covers your ear
• Then, inhale deeply
• Gently press your fingers into the cartilage while slowly exhaling
• As you exhale, make a loud humming noise with your mouth shut
• Continue as many times as needed

Advice on Dealing with Negative Self-Talk

Nicole,

Thank you for your email. I appreciate your question because you’re not alone. Many are faced with challenges these days and it is easy to go down a negative spiral.

Here is what helps me: I don’t watch the news or read the paper. They all seem to say the same and I am very visual, so stressful pictures haunt me for a very long time. Instead, I focus on how I would like the world to be and how I want other people to interact with me. Every morning, I write down and visualize how I want my day to go. If I have meetings scheduled, I picture them being productive and
a win for all involved. I write down what I’m going to accomplish and see it all in a positive light.

Now, I understand this may sound a bit hard to do and it is in the beginning. However, it is so worth it if you make an effort to practice it.

You were asking for a Tool and, of course, I have some recommendations for you. To help with the negative self-talk, our Pyramid Pendant comes to mind. Tapping Your Body can Create Balance

Tapping your body can create a balance in your body’s energy system. Also known as the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), this technique is a self-administered healing technique that reduces negative symptoms from physical-emotional issues. It’s based on modern psychology and the principles of acupuncture’s meridian, but without the use of needles.

Tapping can be beneficial for your heart-brain coherence (read more about this in our blog). It can help generate positive emotions which increases your brain’s ability to function. Here’s a great video from Tapping with Brad Yates on listening with your heart and being more heart-centered.  

Tapping is a simple 5 step process:

  1. Begin by tapping underneath your pinky with the fingertips on the other hand. Identity what the issue is and what your focus will be.
  2. Then rate the intensity of the issue on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst
  3. Create a comforting phrase that acknowledges the issue and accepts yourself regardless
  4. Tap the following points on your body 8 times as you repeat your comforting phrase. Complete all 8 points 3 times through:
    1. Eyebrow
    2. Side of the eye
    3. Under the eye
    4. Under the nose
    5. Chin
    6. Top of collarbone
    7. Armpit
    8. Finish at the top of your head
  5. Finally, take a deep breath. Rate the intensity of the issue. Repeat all 8 steps as necessary.
