I feel with all of us working from home and homeschooling we are exposed to more EMF. Our three children, who used to spend a lot of time outdoors with their friends have to spend more time indoors, on the computer and their smartphones. They show mood swings that they haven’t had before. My little angels turn into little devils at times and I’m truly concerned about their mental and physical health. Would you have some suggestions on what tools to use or what else we can do for our family to create a more peaceful and safe home?

Thank you so much for your email and your question. Yes, I do understand, times are stressful for many of us. We want to do what we can to create a safe and healthy environment, now more than ever as we spend so much more time at home. Our children are spending many hours a day on a computer and less time with other children or teachers. It definitely takes a toll especially since it has been for most of the school year.
As we move from a more active day to a more sedentary day it can naturally cause children to be moody. They are kids, they need human interaction and activity with people beyond just their family. Hopefully, things can change for all of us. In the meantime, we can definitely address the issues of EMF.
Here are several suggestions for Light-Life Tools: To protect your home from harmful EMF (electromagnetic fields) I would suggest our silver-plated Environmental Harmonizer Sacred Cubit. I would also put rings around the computer monitors and definitely get our Light-Life Phone Rings for all your cell phones. I know they are a bit more costly than others on the market, however, they work! And, not only for you but, as tests have shown, they also can have a positive effect on the person you’re calling. Depending on how old your children are and of course considering your budget a Personal Harmonizer Lost Cubit, which also comes in the mini size can help to lift mood swings and generate a protective environment around them.
I would also check and see if you have a smart meter installed on your house. They are known to create an unhealthy environment; Alexa and similar wireless devices emit electromagnetic fields (EMF) that can be harmful to your health as well.
Other suggestions: What comes to mind and you probably already doing is healthy eating. Get as much organic food as you can, avoid too much sugar, instead use healthy alternatives like coconut sugar which tastes just the same but has not the side effects we know sugar has. Also, monk fruit sweeteners and other natural substitutes would be a good alternative. Also, stay away from sodas.
I think these special times also give us an opportunity to focus more on family, play together, sit together, talk about books we’ve read, or do creative work together. Go for walks as often as you can. Baking cookies or creating Christmas ornaments may be one of your choices. I think it is so important to be creative and always look for the gift in every situation. We will find it when we look! I speak from experience.

I can very much appreciate your question. I know it doesn’t help much to let you know you’re not alone. If you can, take walks in nature, and when you are working on your computer sit on one of your Light-Life Tensor Rings. I have a big 3 ½ Cubit Ring tied to my office chair in my home and I feel it makes a difference. I also have one of our Sacred Cubit Environmental Harmonizers silver-plated on my desk and rings all around the printer, router, phone, etc.
Also, make sure to potentize your water by putting it in one of your Light-Life Rings. The stronger the wire the denser the tensor field. Drinking lots of water may help you out a lot. I only drink ‘ringed’ water.
If you have one of our Personal Harmonizer make sure to put it in the ring at night to recharge it. If you don’t own one, consider it as a Christmas present to yourself. The silver-plated ones in Unity and Synergy seem to work best as EMF protection.
Of course, healthy eating is also very important and for me not watching the news has been a lifesaver. Make a list of all the fun things you are going to do once the COVID stuff is over and you’re free to do what you want.
