Giving Thanks – November 2019

Welcome November!

The bold colors of October have given way to the subtlety of a palette of browns, grays and earth tones. The last leaves have fallen and the branches have become bare silhouettes against the sky, as another cycle is coming to completion. The holidays are just around the corner. And in keeping with that we want to express my gratitude for my loyal employees in the shop who proudly produce the highest quality of the Light-Life Tools, to my team in the office that provide exceptional customer service and support me with all my projects and of course to you, our loyal customers, who help us to fulfill our mission of ‘Harmonizing the World – One Community at a Time!’ We couldn’t do what we are doing without your generous support. Thank YOU! And most of all of course, my deepest gratitude to my late husband, Slim Spurling, for creating the Light-Life Tools.

Today we’ll focus on the Light-Life Tensor Rings – the tools that were the start of Life-Light Technology. They were the first prototype that Slim developed in 1991.  At the time he did not fully grasp their full potential, but trusted the process and allowed it all to unfold. Over time, the feedback that Slim received helped to encouraged him to continue with evolving and developing the Light-Life Tools.

In their own right, the rings are amazing tools and offer many different energy applications. According to people who use them regularly, each cubit size has a different energetic influence and allows for specific intentions of use.

  • The Sacred Cubit Light-Life Tensor Rings address the physical state.
  • The Lost Cubit Light-Life Tensor Rings address the mental/emotional state.
  • The Empowerment Cubit Light-Life Tensor Rings address the metaphysical/spiritual state.

Each cubit ring measurement is offered in multiple sizes from small (3.25” across) to very large (30” across) making them extremely versatile and easy to use. The active part of the ring is the open space, the tensor field which is based on quantum physics. Energy emits from both sides of the ring creating a column of light. The heavier gauge rings have a stronger tensor field.

In making all of our original Slim Spurling’s Light-Life Tools, we embed a healing frequency. Slim’s energy, intention and support permeate in them as well. Slim spent many years researching the field of subtle energy, working with gifted clairvoyants and using resources to test and confirm the actions of the tools. He listened to and documented field reports from users while he further experimented to develop the best possible products that were shown to be effective.

Welcome August! August is the month when summer begins slowly crawling towards autumn, but not before a few more hot days and thunderstorms! This month we enjoy the bounties of the season – vine-ripened tomatoes, ripe melon, sweet corn and squash are just a few of our favorites.

One of the very first tools created by Slim Spurling in 1991 was the Light-Life Tensor Ring. Celebrate! – July 2019

Welcome July! Summer now has a firm hold on all of us. July is typically the warmest month in the Northern Hemisphere, and the “Dog Days” of summer began around July 3. There are many reasons to celebrate in July – Canada Day on July 1, Independence Day on July 4 (USA) and Bastille Day on July 14 (France), just to name a few.

This month we also celebrated the late Slim Spurling’s birthday on July 3! Slim would have been 81 this year, and his legacy and vision live on through the Light-Life Tools.

There are so many more Light-Life Tools – Lotus Pendants, Pyramid Units, Finger Rings – the list goes on. I’d like to focus this month on one of Slim’s first discoveries – the Acu-Vac Coil.

Slim described the Acu-Vac Coils as working much like a vacuum cleaner. They are said to pull negative energy out on one end of the coil and said to project positive energy from the other end. The drawing in, or suction end, is furthest from the bead. This has been verified with scientific research. The further away the coil is from your body, the stronger the effect seems to be. After pulling out the unbeneficial energy, you will want to turn the coil around and point the end with the bead to the area you have been working on to fill it with light energy. The Acu-Vac Coil can also be used for long distance healing by using a picture of the person that needs assistance.

The original Acu-Vac Coils were made of plain copper. Silver and 24k gold plating were later added to increase the vibration, speed and smoothness of its action. Later on, sterling silver coils were determined to be beneficial as well.

I purchased my Agricultural Harmonizer many years ago, and I love it! Unfortunately, I seem to have forgotten the procedure for clearing the harmonizer and re-activating it with the Environmental Clearing CD. Could you please refresh my memory on the technique and also the range when activated? Thank you so very much for your help!

Dear Sherri,
I am happy to refresh your memory on the clearing of the Agricultural Energy Harmonizer. What you do is very simple. You place it in the 1 Sacred Cubit Light-Life Tensor Ring it came with and leave it there overnight. That’s all it takes. We cannot really give an exact range anymore due to the significant increase in pollution and wireless technology worldwide. If you’re living in a rural area it may go out up to 65 miles, however, when you’re close to a city or many cell phone towers its range may be much less. If you want it to go to a specific area you can always put your Harmonizer on a map of the area, put the ring around it, activate the CD and put your intention for the need of the area in it, i.e. calming down a storm, bringing rain, reducing the effects of chemtrails and air pollution, etc..

My son lives in Japan, and recently he’s been having terrible sciatic nerve pain from an old sports injury. I was wondering which of the Light-Life Tools would work the best for remote healing. I’ve heard that sterling silver works wonderfully, but I just read on your website about the Acu-Vac coils and remote healing. Any advice would be truly appreciated!

Dear Judy,
I’m sorry to hear your son is having terrible sciatic nerve pain. I’ve experienced it myself and it is no fun at all. For long distance work all Acu-Vac Coils seem to work fine. You would need to get a full body picture of him, put a Light-Life Tensor Ring around it and point the Acu-Vac Coil (the bead pointing away from the picture) to the area of his pain. Remember to add your intention to relieve him from his discomfort. If you’re a dowser you could dowse to see if the Sterling Silver Acu-Vac Coil would work better in his case or not.

Dear Lisa,
The measurement for the Empowerment Cubit was given to me by a gentleman. His spirit guides recommended he call me to inquire if I was open to receiving the information. I was, and we made some rings according to his measurements and sent them out to a specific group in our network to test. Among them were two women who frequently communicate telepathically with each other. They reported that it is easier for them to get in communication and the information received is much clearer as well. We do not share the exact measurements as people are out there counterfeiting. I came across some measurements on the internet where people had copied my text, however, the measurement they are using is not what we are using. It is larger than the Lost Cubit and also has a higher frequency. It fits over everybody’s head and can support mental clarity and focus, spiritual growth, and connect you with your own light and love inside of you. It also works on a physical level as reported by an acupuncturist.
Also, when I took the first empowerment rings to my brother in Germany, he showed me a ring that Slim gave him in the late 90s that was exactly the same measurement. This shows that Slim knew about the measurement, however, during his lifetime we did not have the capacity to start a new line of products.

Welcome May! The sun is invigorating, birds are singing, flowers are blossoming and the garden is thriving. Mother Nature’s multitude of colorful flowers is so inspiring this time of year! There is a story and symbolism behind each bloom, but the profound symbolism of the Lotus flower seems to have especially captured the human imagination and spirit like no other!

All of the Light-Life Tools are based upon the principles of sacred geometry and quantum physics. Both the Seed of Life and the Flower of Life are universal symbols of sacred geometry. I recently bought one of your rings and noticed that where wires connect – there’s a little bump. Is that going to have an effect on the tensor field? Some of my rings are much smoother than others. Is this a problem? Should I return them?

Dear Robin,

A tensor field is created every time we connect two ends of a wire. The thicker the wire – the more dense the tensor field will be. So having a little or even a bigger bump on a ring does not affect the tensor field in a negative way, it may even make it a bit stronger. To answer your questions – there is no problem and no reason to return them. Please remember, all our Light-Life Tools are handmade and not mass produced. This is why you’ll find some slight irregularities, however, the measurements will always be correct.

Dear John,

I’m sorry to hear about your disaster that squished your Personal Harmonizer. We are usually able to repair them – it really depends on how badly it is damaged. You would have to send it back to us in Erie, CO for evaluation. We would let you know what we can do and how much it would cost. However, because it has been lacquered we won’t be able to plate it for you. Once the tools are lacquered they won’t take new layers of silver and gold. They will work, even though they are squished or they don’t look so shiny anymore – as long as no wire has broken.

Hello,

I’m really new to this technology and just starting to learn about the rings. I live in Rainier, WA, my water source is a 250’+ deep well.

I would like to reap the benefits of added energy to my water and for it to become structured properly and it seems as though your rings will do this well. I would like know which one I should get, seeing how there are different cubits and what not. Also, I would like a larger diameter so that it can fit around a larger jug. I do have a shoulder injury, so I would like to put it around my shoulder for help in my recovery.

Dear Tyler,

Thank you so much for your email. We put a larger Sacred Cubit Ring around our neighbor’s well. She had some issues with algae and that disappeared once the Ring was placed over it. We would need to know the diameter of your well to recommend the right ring for you. You could basically use any of our 3 ½ Cubit Light-Life Rings. The thicker the wire the more dense the tensor field will be. As we have different sizes and cubit measurements, please measure your larger jug and then we can suggest the right ring for you.

For your shoulder I would use the 1 Sacred Cubit Light-Life Ring put over your arm up to your shoulder. Again – it also depends on your body and how heavy and muscular you’re built. Please measure the area of your arm closest to your shoulder and we’ll see which size you’ll need.

I’m wishing you good luck with your shoulder. You could also get a Sacred Cubit Acu-Vac Coil and tuck it under your arm pit with the bead point down whenever you sit down. This has also helped people with shoulder issues.

Greetings and Happy November!

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I am setting my intention for November on Gratitude. If you’re not celebrating Thanksgiving, I would still like to invite you to focus on everything in your life you are grateful for. It can be little things like the sun shining or snow falling or a kid laughing or the car starting on an icy morning, the train being on time… I think you get the picture! I have so much in my life to be grateful for year round, but want to express my sincerest gratitude to you now for being part of our Light-Life community.

If you are new to our community let me tell you how the Light-Life Tools can improve your life and help our planet. The Light-Life Rings can be placed anywhere on your body where you feel discomfort, they are used for energizing water and food; they are even used to transform hail clouds into rain. They seem to bring more light to anything that comes into their tensor field. The Acu-Vac Coils are designed and reported to remove unpleasant energies from areas when held with the bead away, and bring light to it when the bead is pointed towards it. The Harmonizers are a combination of the Light-Life Rings and an Acu-Vac Coil and generate a toroidal light-field that is visible to the clairvoyant’s eyes only. Dear Katharina,

I would like some advice please on which Light-Life Tool I can purchase for empowerment, for both myself and my son.

I already have:

– 2 Feedback Loops (the small ones);

– 3 Sacred Cubit Light-Life Ring with 3 beads (the small one)

– 4 Sacred Cubit Light-Ring with 1 bead (the small one)

– 4 Mini Sacred Cubit Light-Life Personal Harmonizers, gold plated

– 1 Head mask

– 1 nose mask

My son and I are using them religiously and we both feel it has helped us overall in health issues, for example with our asthma and discomfort of back and tummy pains.

I personally felt a boost and took up a University specialization and certificate courses.

My autistic son is doing the best he can at school. Most people, therapists and people in general are always in shock when they meet my son since recently – they cannot believe the progress that he has made…. ever since he is using a few Light-Life tools. I believe that there is more potential in him that is simply locked in. So far, my son, who is 10 years old, whatever he has used, has been a marvelous march forward.

I feel that both I and my son are in a good place health wise and now we both need a tool to help us with empowerment. We both have low self-esteem, lack of self-confidence, anxiety issues, fear for the unknown, fear of starting something new, we are both socially awkward, and my son is autistic with a language delay.

I am hoping to have a tool that can help us overcome fears and anxiety and to further ourselves in our lives. Up to this day, I feel scared, not able to learn, to have a driver’s license. Both I and my son find communication and resolving conflicts very hard.

Could you please advise? It is like we are standing in our own way of progression.

Thank you so much for your email and your honesty.

I personally don’t believe that there is no cure for Autism. My philosophy is that the universe provides solutions for every problem. Some people just don’t like the solution and would rather keep their problems. We just have to be open for it and often look outside the box and are curious and not restrict ourselves with unhealthy beliefs. We have had the tools in a classroom with autistic and mentally challenged children and they all improved significantly.

With your son being 10 years old I would get the Light-Life Ring item no. 102 and have him wear it on his head when he is at home and put under his pillow at night. This may also be a good ring for you to put under your pillow at night. Adults and younger people have had good results with it.

You could also get a 1 Sacred Cubit and a 1 Empowerment Cubit Light-Life Ring and alternate between you and your son, i.e. him one for a week and you the other one for a week and then change. You can even wear it around your neck when you’re at home.

The Lotus Pendant Sacred Cubit gold or silver plated could help stay more centered in the midst of chaos.

You can wear your Personal Harmonizer and the Lotus Pendant together. I often do that. Also, please do remember that you can even program your Personal Harmonizer to give you more self-confidence, more sense of security, etc..

Just thinking… mmm… if one can play the environmental CD through the harmonizer, can you play other healing frequencies through it as well, such as the solfeggio ones?   I know one has to be very careful as to what one vibrational puts out there, so this is why I am asking.

Thanks so much for asking! Yes, you can play other frequencies through the Harmonizer.  I don’t know the solfeggio ones, however if it is supporting you in your journey, go for it. You can also use alpha waves, meditation music, classical music, i.e. Mozart and more. In the beginning the Harmonizers were sold without the tapes/CD’s. However, we realized that when it comes to air pollution cleaning or diverting tornadoes and hurricanes, the environmental clearing frequency works best. This is why we choose to add it as a freebie to the Environmental and larger Harmonizers.

I would love to hear about your experiences. Please share them on Facebook with us. Also, remember, you can put essential oils on a Q-tip and stick inside the Harmonizer to broadcast the frequencies and qualities of the oils you choose.

Hi Katharina,

I have one question that I’d like to know.  Can a harmonizer be activated for several jobs at one time?

I am constantly using my agricultural harmonizer to steer off storms or clear negative energies held deep within Mother Earth during land clearings and the results have been incredible.

But with the amount of storms, earthquakes and other changes that are currently happening, can you activate it to do several things at once? I’d love to hear what I can do when there are several things on at once!

Yes, you can activate the Harmonizer to do more things at once. You can simply hold the Harmonizer and program it for supporting Mother Earth and the greater good of all. The Harmonizers seem to have an innate intelligence to bring divine solution. It may not always be what we ask for, however, still be the best in the greater scheme of things. No need to worry about overwhelming it.

Fifteen Years of Excellence

I can’t believe it’s been fifteen years since I founded IX-EL, Inc., the manufacturing and retail company of the Light-Life Tools. While I take a moment to contemplate all we’ve accomplished in this time, it also is fun to take a moment of reflection about where we started. When I first met Slim he was making tools out of his one car garage and plating was done in the kitchen in a tiny home in Golden, Colorado. Slim’s goal was never worldwide domination or tons of money, he simply wanted to leave the planet a little bit better than he found it. I truly believe it was kismet that the two of us met. I felt I had met a man who was sitting on top of a goldmine of knowledge and knew I had to help him get his technology out into the world. I often joke that I fell in love with the tools before I fell in love with the man.

Slim may no longer be with us, but his legacy lives on. I’m so proud of the team I’ve built throughout the years, especially the artists in the shop. Our Director of Manufacturing has been with us for over 11 years and while only with Slim for a short period of time, she still feels his guidance and inspiration. She continues to make the products by hand with her devoted team, all to Slim’s exact specifications.

As we celebrate this huge milestone, I think it’s really important to celebrate you! Our community around the world is absolutely incredible and I feel truly blessed to receive your questions, comments and words of encouragement each and every day. While our customers come from all walks of life and every profession, many of you are healers. I’d like to take a moment to honor all that you do to provide health and happiness to your customers and how you use our tools to make those realities possible.

Many healers use our tools in their energy healing practices, such as massage or reiki, but did you know the tools can also be used to protect you and clear your space? I think the hardest thing an energy healer experiences is how to ground their energy after a long day. We all have our various practices that allow us to return back to center, but I wanted to share some useful applications of the tools that will help you balance much more quickly. Those will help you if you’re a healer or not.

First of all, I highly recommend to any energy healer to wear a Personal Harmonizer. They come in so many sizes and varieties and I encourage you to pick the one that feels right for you. Each Personal Harmonizer comes with a ½ Sacred Cubit Light-Life Ring that allows you to re-calibrate the device. During the day you can wear the ring on your arm, tuck it in the sleeve of your shirt or sweater or jacket to energize you or use it to energize your food and water. At night take the ring and your Harmonizer off and put it in the ring to recharge it. If you wish you can program your Harmonizer with a specific intention for the day. Your intention may be “please give me clarity and focus” or “please fill my heart up with so much love that I have plenty to give to others”. However you choose to program the device, I think this is a sound investment for anyone – especially those in the holistic healing arts. It may help you keep balanced and protect your energy. I especially love the Unity Harmonizer which seems to create a protective bubble around the wearer and bring anyone around it into harmony.

During your day or at the end of your sessions, you may want to try an aura shower. This is also recommended if you have been at the mall, at a conference or concert, any time you’re around of many people an aura shower after you return home is a good idea. This involves taking a 3 ½ Sacred or Lost Cubit Light-Life Ring and holding it above your head and slowly bringing it down to your feet. As you are already energy sensitive, you’ll feel places where the ring might feel “stuck” as you bring it down over your body. Let the ring hover there for a few moments longer or perhaps take more than one shower! You can also do this with a colleague if it feels right. You’ll often find us in the office doing this after an intense day of back-to-back phone calls or meetings. It allows you center and I love how it makes me feel much more relaxed.

There are so many tools available to support self-care and I hope you’ll start experimenting with them. As healers, you have such a generous spirit and you give so much of yourself during the day. Please remember to slow down and take some time to unwind and treat yourself with kindness. I recommend sleeping with a Seed of Life unit underneath your mattress or your bed. You can also sleep inside any of the Light-Life Rings to help you raise your vibration all night long!

Anyone can benefit from the suggestions I provided, you don’t need to be a healer to reap the rewards of the tools. I just think it’s important to recognize all the healers in the world who seem to put all of us stressed out folk back together again. I know how grateful I am when I leave a healing session. In my opinion, healers are angels on earth and we’re lucky to have them to help support us on our journey.

Slim invented the tools as he was looking for a way to help the environment and to find a non-invasive way for us to heal ourselves. It quickly became apparent that there was a profound effect the tools had on the all the people who came in contact with them. I know he would be proud of the work we are doing and I know he would be proud of all of you. I really enjoyed your video about March’s intention: honor. I’m taking your advice and doing my best to honor myself. I feel like I can be really hard on myself. One of my greatest character defects is perfectionism, which is essential to the nature of my work (fine jewelry creation), but also can be my greatest personal challenge. I absolutely hate making mistakes and beat myself up when I do. Additionally, I find myself focusing unrealistic expectations upon others. Could you please let me know what tool you suggest to amplify compassion? I want to learn how to be kinder to myself and give others the necessary space to be human, perfectly imperfect.

Dear Jane,

Thank you so much for your kind email. I’ve been dealing with perfectionism myself and one of my mentors once said, “Better done than perfect!” It shocked me at first, but then at the same time it freed me up. I’ve gotten more done since then and have much more tolerance towards my mistakes and others. After all, mistakes are just learning experiences. Please do your best to learn from them so you don’t have to make the same mistakes again as there are so many more we can make! Also remember: what you resist persists! Embrace your perfectionism and utilize where it fits (for example, when you make jewelry), but when you work on other projects try to be more forgiving. Embrace and enjoy imperfection and incorporate more humor, love for yourself and your need to have it all perfect. It takes the heaviness out of it.

If you are looking for a Light-Life Tool to support your process, I would take the Lost Cubit Lotus Pendant either in 24K gold plated or silver plated, lacquered. They can be programmed. Hold the tool in your hand and program it with something like. “Give me more compassion today!” or “Let me be kind to myself today.” I would recommend not to put more than one or two programs in the tool per day.

Last but not least, please stop judging yourself. Embrace yourself and know it’s all okay. When we are judging ourselves or others we get it all back even stronger than we sent out. I have a strong suspicion that judgement hasn’t had a positive impact in your life.  Try setting your intention towards honor, but more importantly to kindness, for yourself and others.

Dear Katharina,

I had an extremely difficult childhood marked by significant trauma. I’m going to a tremendous amount of work to heal and grow. For a lot of time I tried to shove my pain underneath a rug, but I’m learning the hard way that this just seems to amplify the source and my anger comes out sideways. I’ve started doing work in a program called ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics), started working with an EMDR (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) therapist and started my journey with body work. Most research studies show that trauma actually lives in the body and talk therapy is helpful, but won’t help you release the pain. I’m having fun exploring the different modalities: tapping, watsu, float tanks and healing touch. I’m also learning how to play! Trampoline park here I come!

Could you please recommend several tools that will support my healing practices? I absolutely adore the Light-Life Tools and I’d love your expertise on what will help with the traumatic release.

I am so sorry to hear about your childhood. I applaud you for taking action to completely heal and look at all the ‘stuff’. It takes a lot of courage to do that. I’m thrilled you are working with seasoned professionals. Trauma work is intense and it’s important to work with professionals who know how to help you in a safe, gentle and compassionate way.

When I was reading your message I immediately thought of our Seed of Life unit. I remember when Slim and I did a workshop in Germany, we used the Seed of Life and placed it on the solar plexus of women who  had traumatic experiences in their lives. We also placed rings on other places on their body.  It was amazing to see how their faces changed once they released all this trauma. Having said that, if you want to try this, make sure you have a friend around who can support you in whatever may come up for you. You could also wear one of our silver plated Sacred Cubit Lotus Pendants. This has helped a lot with grieving processes and it sounds like this is part of what you’re going through as well.

Between catching colds and my allergies I feel like I’m always stuffed up! What Light-Life Tools do you use when you aren’t feeling that well? Do you have any essential oils that you recommend?

What comes first to mind is our Nose Mask. It has helped many people with allergies throughout the season. When you don’t need to fight off allergies, you can use it as massage tool. It feels great and – btw – one of our customers came up with this idea. She bought 20 at a time to give to her clients because it helped so much releasing tension in the body.

If you have a Harmonizer you put a few drops of essential oils on a Q-Tip and put in your Harmonizer. Make sure you’re not allergic to any of them. I was told that Eucalyptus removes over 90% of bacteria in a room. Thyme, Peppermint and Rosemary may also be good choices. Of course you can also use those oils in a steam bath. Please again, make sure you’re not allergic to those.
