I absolutely love the holidays! However it definitely can be a bit stressful when all of my family gathers together. My uncle John is especially grumpy and loudly proclaims how he thinks that Christmas is a waste of time. It really can spoil the mood and I don’t like that negativity around the children. I totally understand your dilemma! The holidays are often filled with unattainable expectations. We are influenced externally by media, by friends and other outside influences about what our Christmas “should” look like. I first encourage you to let go of the “shoulds”. Try meditating on accepting each and every one of your family members just the way they are! Even your grumpy uncle. He teaches you about love and compassion. Think about it, it’s easier to be nice to nice people. He’s forcing you to deepen that commitment to kindness. You may also want to purchase a Pyramid Pendant for him. I too only buy organic, local and sustainable foods. I truly believe the saying “you are what you eat” and I applaud your efforts on keeping it organic and healthy this holiday season. The tools are absolutely amazing when it comes to keep food fresh and energized! You can place any of our Sacred Cubit Light-Life Rings around your food to delay the ripening or decay. Try an experiment and put a piece of fruit in a ring and outside of one for a week. Seeing is believing! You can put the rings around your fruit bowl, around items in the refrigerator (my marketing director often puts hers around the milk) and you can even place a 3 ½ Sacred Cubit Light-Life Ring around or on top of your refrigerator to keep items lasting longer and tasting wonderful. I also suggest putting a 1 Sacred Light-Life Ring around all of your stove burners to make your cooking experience energetically charged. That’s what I do. In addition to that I have large 3 ½ Sacred Cubit Rings in the trunk of my car and put all my groceries in there so they get charged already on the way home. I hope these suggestions are useful! Dear Katharina,

I work in the retail industry and this is our busiest time of year. Although most people seem to be getting into the spirit of things I find I’m always extremely stressed during the holidays. Embarrassingly enough, I suffer from cold sores and they seem to pop up when I’m full of anxiety. The holiday rush is incredibly intense and I would like to greet customers with confidence. There is no need to be embarrassed! Cold sores are extremely common, however it seems to be something that we don’t like to discuss very often. I had a customer report to me recently that she used an Acu-Vac Coil on her mouth when she felt one coming on. Remarkably the cold sore never came to fruition! I suggest that you try it yourself and see if it works for you! I’m also sending tons of calming, healing energy your way. Don’t let the busyness of the holidays get the best of you! Unfortunately, I don’t think my tool is working anymore! I used to sleep with a 3 ½ Sacred Cubit Light-Life Ring underneath my bed religiously as it helped me with my insomnia. Now I find that it feels like the ring is actually keeping me awake. What could be causing this issue? Is there a way to fix it?

Dear Josefina,

Thank you so much for writing. Your question is not unusual as these are energy based or frequency based tools. Our frequencies are constantly changing and therefore it would only be natural for you to experience a shift over time. Here are some possible explanations as to why this particular tool no longer seems to suit your needs:

Your frequency has gone up! This seems to be the most common reason why customers claim their tools are “no longer working”. Think about when you first bought the tool. Now close your eyes and do a body scan. Are you happier? Lighter? More open? More in tune with your divine? If you answered yes, then you might need a small break from this particular ring and might want to try something that operates at an even higher frequency such as a Lost or Empowerment Cubit Ring. This is great news! The tool isn’t broken, you are evolving and I applaud you for all the hard-work you are doing on self-growth.
Your frequency has gone down. Unfortunately, this happens too. Have you had a bout of bad news? A death in the family? Financial troubles? Stress can live in the body and slow down our frequencies. Do not despair as this too shall pass! I suggest doing some extra meditation in the morning or in the evenings to help center yourself. If you incorporate this practice daily into your life, it can do wonderful things. Try doing the meditation outside the ring and inside the ring. When you come back to the present and let go of the outside stressors, you can raise your vibration and bring yourself and your body back into alignment. Still having trouble sleeping? My question would also be – how do you feel in the morning? I’ve had people tell me that even though they felt the rings kept them awake, they still felt refreshed and recharged in the morning.
You need to recharge the tools and reset your intentions. Do you have a cleansing ritual that you enjoy? It’s especially poignant right now as we just enjoyed a full moon. I like to burn sage while some of my staff enjoys burning palo santo. You can set the ring in the sunshine, much like you would do with a crystal. Whatever you feel will reset or purify the energy. Then I ask you to hold the ring in your arms or sit inside it (whatever feels most comfortable) and reset your intentions. You can also hold the ring and run it through your hands as if climbing a rope and focus on resetting your intention while you do this. Yours will be towards sleep, self-care, rest and rejuvenation. Try this out and let me know how it is working for you!

As we know, Slim built the tools based upon sacred geometry and physics. Copper is a superconductor and is the base metal for all of our tools. When left to its own devices, copper will oxidize and produce a green patina. There’s no reason for alarm! Copper is just behaving how it would naturally. This is actually a good thing. Any metal or gemstone, when placed against the skin is going to have a natural chemical reaction. Silver naturally oxides to black, white gold naturally becomes more yellow over time and turquoise can change significantly from a bright blue to a green! You are witnessing natural chemistry in action. While I can sympathize with you not wanting your tool to look “aged”, I think it’s important to understand how powerful a metal copper is at conducting energy. The tool may not be as effective if it didn’t have a copper base.

The “cloudiness” you are experiencing most likely is because of the lacquering. It is a sealant process on the top coat of the metal. While lacquering can be quite advantageous to fine jewelry and metals, it also can produce a cloudy surface if the underlying metal oxidization process is rapid. It’s been my observation over the years that if a customer has quite a bit of healing to do or energy to shift, it would cause the oxidation process of the metal to speed up quite significantly. You may choose to purchase un-lacquered pendants moving forward with the knowledge that the metal color will change, but perhaps it’s a good thing! In my opinion, it strikes me almost like a mood ring. Again, in this particular instance the lacquer is just doing its job and trying to slow down the oxidation process, but apparently it can’t keep up with all the healing you are doing! 🙂

What’s Lost is Now Found

Many of you already know that our tools have been built based upon principles of sacred geometry and quantum physics, but do you know the historical reference of the cubit? The cubit is a length of measurement that was first found in the Great Pyramid of Giza, one of the seven wonders of the world that still exists today! The cubits were so precisely measured that if any of the workers significantly deviated from this stringent guideline that the punishment was often death. Makes you wonder: were the Egyptians only intent on being precise or was their something larger at play? Turns out the cubit lengths, or neter lengths, each have specific properties that directly correlate with our universe. Let me explain.

1/2 Lost Cubit Light-Life Ring

In his book, In The Mind of a Master, Slim explains that there are probably about 64 different neter lengths and only nineteen of those are readily available today. The Sacred Cubit Light-Life Ring is based upon the cubit length found in the Pharoah’s chamber or final resting place. We have discovered through time that this cubit length is related to all that is physical or earthly. I’ve seen remarkable healing take place with the use of the Sacred Cubit Light-Life Ring from easing discomfort to helping with sleep. It’s daily applications seem to be endless and I talk about this more in a previous entry. (Link to sacred cubit blog). What I’d like to focus on this month as we set our intentions towards transition is the Lost Cubit.

This cubit was originally discovered by Hans Becker in 2006. One Lost Cubit Light-LIfe Ring has a frequency of 177 mHz. Slim described in relation to the Sacred Cubit as the atmosphere is to the earth. When the discovery was made it was quickly deemed the ‘forbidden cubit’ as it seemed many of the records about this power neter length had been destroyed in the historical record. I’ll let Slim explain:

Early professional reports point to effects consciously and willfully created when an intention is fueled by a strong emotional content felt within the researcher’s physical body. Light-Life Tools: Cubit Rings

As you know, weight gain can have many different causes and therefore there is no ‘one size fits all’ solution. However, I’ve had many reports from customers on how they’ve used the tools as a weight loss aid. Here are some examples for you to try:

Place several 3 1/2 Sacred Cubit Light-Life Rings underneath your bed, right underneath the area where you sleep. I had a distributor who lent some to her friend for this purpose. When she went to pick the rings up again two weeks later, she noticed the friend had lost some weight. Her friend claimed she didn’t do anything different in her diet and attributed the weight loss to the Light-Life Rings under her bed.
Place a 2 Sacred Cubit Light-Ring around your waist and wear it everyday for several weeks. This has reported to help a customer slim down.
Drink super potentized water! You can find out more about this process and its overall health benefits in my previous blog entry. Drinking super potentized water is said to have a detox effect and may help you flush out unwanted toxins that hold the weight.

Unfortunately there is no quick fix for weight loss or else we’d all be involved! I’m so sorry to hear about your suffering. Unfortunately I am not a health professional and therefore cannot give you any medical advice. However, I do know that migraines have a variety of causes. Here are some questions for you that might help you determine the root issue and may help you free yourself from this debilitating pain.

Are you only experiencing migraines only at home or do they happen anywhere? If it is mostly at home it could be due to geopathic stress. Slim describes a case in his book, In the Mind of a Master, where his client started to get migraines when she moved to a new house. Once Slim eliminated the geopathic stress the migraine completely disappeared. We may be able to connect you with dowsers who would be able to perform this work for you remotely. What type of exposure do you have to EMFs (electromagnetic fields)? Excessive exposure can bring all kind of health hazards including migraines. I talk about this subject in detail in last week’s blog.
Did your migraines start after you had surgery with anesthesia? When we do not protect ourselves before we go into surgery we can sometimes bring home unwanted guests. This happened to me once. According to our clairvoyant community, there are spirits that hang around at the hospital looking for another ‘host’. Believe it or not this can also happen when you are drunk or use recreational drugs as you open your aura to outside influences. But there are people out there that specialize in removing those unwanted guests.

Hello Katharina,

I am interested in the Light-Life Harmonizers and would like some guidance please. I have been looking at the Sacred Cubit, Lost Cubit and Empowerment Harmonizers. I have so many questions! Here are few of them:

EMFs: The Empowerment one seems to cover most of my requirements (in particular health& intuitive benefits), but does not mention EMF. Does this particular tool have any known effects on EMFs?
Environment: I live in a city suburb in the United Kingdom and we would like the Harmonizer to be of benefit to both for ourselves and the surrounding area, but are unfortunately limited by budget, so are looking to do this at the most cost effective price, if possible.
Family Balance: We have two children, both fast approaching adolescence, and feel that covering mental and emotional issues would also be of benefit.
Harmonizer Details: Would there be any major benefit in purchasing all three or would one or two be sufficient?

Hello Katharina,

I recently was watching the show Hollywood Medium with Tyler Henry. While I’ve always been a skeptic of psychics, watching Tyler in action made me much more of a believer. One episode struck me immediately as a gentleman had a “spirit” or “entity” attached to him and needed more information to free his energy. The Sacred Cubit – A Natural Wonder of The World

According to almost every encyclopedia in existence, the natural wonders of the world are composed of these seven monumental structures: Colossus of Rhodes, Hanging Gardens of Babylon, Lighthouse of Alexandria, Mausoleum at Halicarnassus, Statue of Zeus at Olympia, Temple of Artemis at Ephesus and, the Great Pyramid of Giza. The great pyramid was constructed in 2,580 BCE and is the oldest natural wonder to make the list. In my opinion, it’s the most important wonder as it is where the sacred cubit measurement was discovered. The same sacred cubit we use to construct many of our Light-Life Tools.

The Great Pyramid of Giza took 20 years to build which sounds like a very long time, but let’s put it in perspective. The Sagrada Família (Gaudi’s Cathedral in Barcelona, Spain), is still under construction. They broke ground in 1882 and it won’t be completely finished until 2032. That’s about 150 years of construction! And don’t forget that Gaudi broke ground many millennia after the great pyramid was finished. So much for modern technology! No one can quite figure out how the Egyptians constructed such an enormous behemoth in such a short amount of time. Many believe it had to do with their accurate understanding of sacred geometry and quantum physics. Slim was able to resurrect only a small piece of their knowledge.

Even if you don’t believe in metaphysics there is no denying the outstanding craftsmanship of this great structure which was said to be a tomb created for the late Pharaoh Khufu. The pyramid is 280 cubits tall by 440 cubits wide. In order to build the structure in only 20 years it is said that they moved 800 tons of material each day. What really blows my mind is the precision in which it was built. Each side of the pyramid has only a few inches of variance, which is less than 1 percent of error. According to our book documenting Slim’s Findings, In The Mind of a Master, the standardization and precision of the Egyptian’s work was so important that error meant death! As Jay L. Buchner writes:

To ensure standardization of the cubit length, the Egyptians created a master measuring instrument carved out of granite containing notches identifying various subdivisions, of which the cubit length had twenty-eight. This was the criteria upon which all other cubit sticks were subsequently measured and calibrated. When a construction project such as erecting a temple, a pyramid, or a tomb was underway, cubit measuring rods were supplied to workers. The royal architect who was responsible for overseeing the construction project and maintaining the precise standards of measurement would issue granite or wooden cubit sticks to the workers. The sticks were required to be returned each full moon to be compared to the Pharaoh’s master cubit stick. Severe penalties were enforced for failure to do so, resulting in death. With this standardization and uniformity of length, the Egyptians achieved surprising accuracy. Thousands of workers engaged in building the Great Pyramid of Giza. Through the use of cubit sticks, they achieved an accuracy of 0.05%. In roughly 756 feet or 9,069.6 inches, they were within 4 ½ inches.

I wonder what Slim would think of the recent research provided by Dr. Emoto’s team. Akiko Stein, a student of Dr. Emoto, took photographs of water before and after the introduction of a ½ Sacred Cubit Light-Life Ring, 24K gold plated. The results are outstanding! If you are not familiar with Dr. Emoto’s work with water, he was a researcher that was able to demonstrate that human emotion has an affect on the crystalline structure of water. As our bodies are composed of about 65% water that is a pretty amazing realization! The expression “mind over matter” now bears some significant weight.

Recently we had a disgruntled person post on our Instagram wall proclaiming “I hate pseudoscience!” Well, what if we just simply called it ‘science’? Because now we can! I’m so excited to share the news that in my last journey to Germany I was able to meet with Akiko Stein, a student of late Dr. Masaru Emoto. If you aren’t familiar with Dr. Emoto’s work please take a moment out of your day to show respect for this scientist and researcher who demonstrated that our intentions (emotions) have an effect on the molecular structure of water. Pretty remarkable isn’t it? You know the expression “thoughts become things”? Well, it bears a bit more weight after taking time to visit Dr. Emoto’s work.

Mrs. Stein was kind enough to meet with me and showed great enthusiasm for the Light-Life Tools. Our Light-Life Rings are said to amplify Life Force (Chi) energy and Mrs. Stein’s work will be able for us to provide proof for this claim. Our intentions in May are set towards remembrance. We’ve been busy remembering our mothers on Mother’s Day and our fallen soldiers on Memorial Day. What if we go even farther back into antiquity and remember our kings and Egyptians pharaohs? If you remember, the Sacred Cubit we are using is based off of measurements from the Great Pyramid of Giza!

kAMIL Emerald Mountain, or as the Romans called it Mons Smaragdus, was located deep in the desert of Cairo. The Egyptians are given credit in the archaeological record for being the first to mine this green beauty back in 3,500 B.C. The first mines were developed in 330 B.C. and remained open until 1237 A.D. The record shows they mysteriously disappeared at this point in time, right around the death of Sultan Al-Kamil. It interested me enough to review more about this gentlemen. He, his three brothers and his son were the collective rulers of Egypt, Palestine, Yemen, Jordan, Syria and Jazira (now known as Upper Mesopotamia). This marked the time of the Sixth Crusade. Before another war could erupt, Al-Kamil made a treaty with the Crusaders to evacuate Egypt. In return he struck a 10 year deal of peace. He returned Jerusalem and all holy sites back to the Crusader Kingdom. Perhaps the mines were secretly covered over so the crusaders wouldn’t know how much money they lost out in the deal!

The Emerald Mountain of Cairo remained quiet until its discovery in 1816 by French explorer Frederic Cailliaud. At that time not many emeralds were discovered and they Emerald Pinwheel were seen as milky, included and not as fine as the emeralds that were currently being mined in Columbia. Folklore has it that sorcery and magic contributed to the disappearance of the fine emeralds in the Egyptian archaeological record. It makes me laugh as according to friends, Slim was able to make himself ‘disappear’ when doing geopathic stress work on land where he’d be considered trespassing. Perhaps there is a cubit length that produces this effect! It’s fun to explore the thought.

What is real, tangible and oh so powerful, is emeralds and it’s easy to understand why. Emerald marks the birthstone of May and has been metaphysically coined as the “stone of successful love”. It restores balance to the heart chakra, promotes loyalty, friendship and deepens love and connections.

As our tools are concerned with holistic healing and the health of mother earth, I felt the name fit us perfectly. She is also closely associated with the moon and as you read in our last blog, the moon cycles are an important, and often overlooked, system that has a deep bond with our planet.

According to myth, Ixchel and her husband had thirteen sons who are responsible for the creation of heaven and earth. The Light-Life Tools celebrate the relationship between body, mind and spirit.
