Acceptance

Acceptance | Light-Life TechnologyThose of you who receive our monthly newsletter (you can sign-up here if you don’t) recognize that I start each month with a new intention. I think it’s a healthy way to take a moment to reset, reflect and recharge my emotional space for the days ahead. For the month of June I chose acceptance: acceptance for life’s challenges, acceptance for those around us and acceptance for ourselves, with all of our perfect imperfections.

I took a short vacation to Playa del Carmen, Mexico and went to the Frida Kahlo Museum. I knew a little a bit about her, foremost that she was an amazing artist. However, I did not know anything about all this woman’s health challenges. She was 18 years old when she was in an accident that changed her life forever. She had to lay in bed for months, could not sit or stand for a long time and started painting. Starting at 18 – she died at 47 – she had about 32 surgeries and painted 143 pictures and another 50 drawings and sketches. Do you think she could have done that if she hadn’t accepted her situation and did what she wanted to do anyway?

We don’t have to go so far! Those of you who have had great experiences with the Light-Life Tools and wanted to share them with your friends or family members and they were not interested. What to do?! Of course you have to accept that. While the tools are amazing and have helped many people and the planet, not everyone resonates with them. Which is just what it is, not good or bad! When Slim created the first Light-Life Tools in the early 90s there was not much around for cleaning the air, creating a more harmonious life for family and communities or many tools to heal you without any negative side effects. Now, in the 21st century it is different. There are many choices. When we are honest, we want to choose for ourselves and not have someone else tell us what to choose. So accept the fact that not everyone you love and care about so much is interested in the Light-Life Tools. Often this changes over time, when they are observing you and see the positive changes in you however sometimes it just doesn’t. And that is fine.

We got an opportunity to practice acceptance before our workshop in Horsham, PA started this month . When we were going to check in at the hotel the lady at the reception informed us that there is a water contamination in the area, all restaurants are closed and we should not use the water to clean our teeth, and of course, not drink. Well, the restaurant next door was the location for our weekend workshop. In situations like to all you can do acknowledge this is it and hope for something better to come out of it. Well, it sure did. Mercedes at the reception was very kind and offered us the breakfast area to do our Saturday morning and late afternoon and she gave us the conference room on Sunday morning for less than we would have paid at the restaurant.

Remember the serenity prayer? God, give me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can and the wisdom to know the difference.

Sometimes accepting things we cannot change means we have to leave a relationship, a workplace, a business partnership or a project we’ve been working on. While it may be hard, it is definitely worth doing. I have had many opportunities to experience that in my own life. Doing the right thing doesn’t always feel good in the beginning, however, from my experience, the freedom that comes with doing it was worth going through all the trouble.

4ocean Help | Light-Life TechnologyWhen I think about having the courage to change the things I can, two surfers, Alex and Andrew come to mind. They noticed how much plastic was on the shore and that fishermen wouldn’t pick it up because they didn’t get paid for it. They realized they had to do something! Now, some years later, they have 150 people employed worldwide and by buying one of their bracelets for $20, you contribute to removing one pound of plastic from the shores. Just think about what your $20 can do. When I learned about them I immediately bought 10 bracelets and gave each one of my employees one. You see, while the Harmonizer can clean the air, soil and water – they cannot remove plastic from the shore. I feel we have to work together to make this planet a place to live for many generations to come. I encourage you to go to www.4ocean.com and check them out. Please do read their story and purchase a bracelet. Let me know what you think. For me it shows again, that one or two of us can make a huge difference on the planet.

I saw on Facebook some time ago a 9 year old girl, who started a campaign ‘child hunger sucks’. If that’s not encouraging and inspiring I don’t know what is!

Maybe you have come across situations, where it would take courage to make the change and you just need a little encouragement to go ahead and get started. It doesn’t need to be as big as this one, but little steps eventually build a tall stairway. Go for it and please share with me. I get so inspired hearing those stories.

Before you accept the things you cannot change you may want to take time to examine why. Why is it so hard to accept? Was this something your parents or other important people in your life believed in? Something you were taught in school? Something you learned from your friends? What would your life look like without that thought? Is it really your truth or just adapted from someone else? How about accepting your power to make positive changes on the planet or maybe ‘just’ in other people’s lives; accepting your God given talents; accepting compliments and acknowledgements? Maybe it’s time to start accepting this. I believe we all are much more powerful than we want to admit. How about starting right now? I encourage you to do that. One of my very early mentors, screamed at me one day when I brushed off her thanking me for doing a great job. She said it is the most selfish thing to do, not to allow others to thank you. It’s like leaving them stuck and giving them a f… y… Think about that one. It completely turned my life around and I learned to accept people showing me their gratitude. Yes, I do sometimes forget but believe me, I got much better over the last 30 some years.

Our intention for June is acceptance. I hope you accept our biggest sale in the last 8 years and go crazy with it. We always have a sale right around Slim’s birthday, July 3. He would have have been eighty years young this year! I know he would be proud that we chose acceptance as this month’s intention. His mission was to leave the world a better place than he found it. I hope you’ll take advantage of the special. I offered a huge discount this time in the hopes that it would make it possible for many more of you to own a Harmonizer. Maybe it would make a good Father’s Day gift!

Agriculture Harmonizer | Light-Life TechnologyHarmonizers amplify life force energy and create a coherent light field around them. Everything and everyone that comes into the vicinity of the Harmonizer will be affected by the light they’re sending out. The more Harmonizers there are in an area, the denser the light field will be. Let’s bring more light and therefore higher consciousness to our planet and into our life. What an amazing thought, right? With more light comes more consciousness and this helps us open ourselves to the highest purpose of all.

Even if you are without a Harmonizer, I hope you’ll join me this month as I celebrate acceptance. It may mean accepting yourself and others just the way they are! You can’t force someone into an open mind. You can only lead by example. For those of you who are with me, perhaps you can show acceptance by smiling at all the strangers that come onto your path today, regardless of their color, creed or viewpoints.

Happy birthday Slim and happy 4th of July to all our American readers.

Sending you all blessings,

Katharina

Earth Harmonies

Rachel Carson

Rachel Carson

April is one of my favorite months. It’s my birthday, the spring weather is beautiful and most importantly, all of us get to join in to celebrate Earth Day! Earth Day was inspired by activist Rachel Carson, whose writings sparked the global environmental movement. Her most famous work Silent Spring aired on CBS in 1963 and brought international awareness about the negative effects pesticides have on the planet.

Senator Gaylord Nelson

Senator Gaylord Nelson of Wisconsin

The first Earth Day was on April 22, 1970. It was an initiative created by Senator Gaylord Nelson of Wisconsin, who much like Ms. Carson, thought environmental issues were not being taken seriously. His efforts proved to resonate with the people as over 20 million people around the world chose to join in the celebration. Now we have over 250 million around the globe who join in celebrating Mother Earth and focusing on ways we can conserve our beautiful planet.

Light-Life Washtub Harmonizer

The Light-Life Washtub Harmonizer is the largest Harmonizer we produce

I know Slim would be so thrilled to know how much the crowds have increased over the years in our efforts on environmental conservation. He built the Light-Life Harmonizers with his intentions set on restoring the health of the planet. In one of his interviews he was asked if pollution could completely be eradicated and the damage reversed. In true Slim form he simply replied “I don’t see why not!”. He estimated that if an Agricultural Harmonizer is placed every 70-80 miles from the North to South pole that the atmosphere would be 99% clear of any smog or pollution. Isn’t that an incredible thought?

Light-Life Harmonizers

The Light-Life Harmonizers come in a variety of shapes and sizes

After Slim’s passing I made it my mission to carry on his legacy. Not only do I have a deep respect for the tools my late husband left in his wake, but his purpose was something we can continue to benefit from forever. If we all lived our lives that way, thinking about what we can contribute to the planet rather than what we can take, then I truly believe this would be an absolutely gorgeous and peaceful place for all to live.

Native American Proverb

Mother Earth gives all of us life. We wouldn’t be able to breathe, eat or drink without her bountiful gifts. Much like Slim, I believe we can restore her back to balance. Sad, but true, we could have a learned a lot from our Native American ancestors who respected the planet in such a way that they only took what they needed. They did their best to live in harmony with the animals and plants in their immediate environment.

Oil spills are destroying our oceans

No animal should have to live like this. What will you do to help?

Einstein once said that we can’t use the same technology to fix a problem created by it. The Light-Life Tools are a completely new approach to restoring the environment. Changing our ways of interacting with the environment is not going to change overnight. We are starting to recycle more, but the rate of change is not faster than the current destruction. Our oceans are becoming more polluted each year and the coral reefs which provide safety to thousands of creatures are slowly being eroded. Fracking, which is still a popular method for oil extraction from the land, is said to cause extreme devastation to the land and cause earthquakes.

While all this information may seem bleak, it’s important to stay informed and it’s important to know that their is a solution. The most important purchase you could probably make in a lifetime is a Light-Life Harmonizer. Not only are you taking a small step for mankind, but you can see immediate results in your life. Our research and findings are immense and we hope you’ll do your part in helping us spread the word about this brilliant new technology based upon ancient knowledge. And, remember, it’s heirloom which you can pass on from generation to generation!

Light-Life Harmonizers

The Light-Life Harmonizers come in a ton of different sizes!

I’m wishing you a very happy Earth Day! Please be sure to share your images of your Harmonizers at work! We ask that you all activate yours with the Environmental Clearing CD on Saturday, April 22 as we join together in helping our earth heal.

March’s Spirit Animal – Fish

The Light-Life Tools can help clean the environment.

Have you ever heard of the Red Tide? This environmentally damaging seaweed is created off the Florida coast when Karenia Brevis, a microscopic algae, revs up into overdrive. In small doses Karenia Brevis is a useful part of our ocean’s ecosystem, providing food and nutrients to surrounding wildlife. When Karenia brevis starts to bloom in massive quantities we have a problem on our hands. The harmful algae bloom happens so rapidly that when the microscopic plants die, they deplete the oxygen in the water. This causes massive amounts of fish to perish, shellfish can become toxic and the tide is said to have a harmful effect on the humans living in the area. The red tide got it’s name for the red color the algae can sometimes create in the water when releasing toxic gases. Essentially, red tide is a marine biologist’s worst nightmare.

Red Tide is said to be caused by pollution to our waters as well as global warming. It’s exact causes are still under investigation. Not only do scientists have difficulty pinpointing how the tides start, but they are stumped when it comes to stopping the bloom and it’s environmental damage.

Light-Life Tools can help restore ocean life.

After reading the book Slim Spurling’s Universe, Anthony C. and attending a workshop with Slim Spurling.  A massage therapist and environmental conservationist, Anthony came to believe that the Light-Life® Tools could be helpful in mitigating the Tampa Bay area of Florida’s red tide.  His first experiment was taking a harmonizer to Siesta Key and sound activating an Light-Life Environmental Harmonizer. He was so thrilled with the results that he and his colleagues from the Rose Lettiere Water Project Group decided to invest in more tools. They were open to using higher conscious methods when finding a solution to the red tide problem as more practical and well-known methodologies were not producing any significant changes.

Anthony and his team put three harmonizers to work: the Storm Chaser, the Agricultural Harmonizer and the Environmental Harmonizer.  They activated all three harmonically starting on October 21, 2006 and ran the frequency 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Enclosed is an image of the shore provided by the FWRI (Fish and Wildlife Research Institute) in October, 2006. The red dots signify where the red tide (harmful Karenia Brevis algae bloom) are at their highest, over a million cells per liter of water.

Florida Red Tide- October 2006, Red dots are highest concentration of the harmful algae

After 10 months of activating the Harmonizers, the red tide was unable to be detected in any of the water on coast. The red tide went from 1 million cells to liter to “not present” in a report issued by the FWC (Fish and Wildlife Conservation Committee, funded by the United States Government).

Enclosed are the results.  It’s easy to identify that all the red dots are gone and the red tide has cleared completely.

It helps so much for us to spread awareness about the Light-Life Tools when we have qualitative data to support our claims. If you are a marine biologist or scientist we would love to hear from you and collaborate on another experiment. Not only does the research benefit our product, but they can restore balance to the environment which is a like-minded goal for us both. In the meantime, let’s take a moment to celebrate some of the gorgeous ocean creatures that mother nature has provided.  This month we set our eyes on the fish, who not only is a vital part of our world’s ecosystem, but also reminds us of all our pieces friends.  Happy Birthday March babies!
